Hi, I'm Carman Murray

I help educators reconnect to their energy, purpose, and presence—so they can teach and live with more clarity, capacity, and joy.

With over 20 years in education, including 15 in the classroom, I know how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. I also know it’s possible to rebuild your health, rhythms, and leadership—without blowing up your life.

 

After my own burnout, I shifted into a new chapter: guiding teachers through real-life tools that support well-being and sustainable change. Since then, I’ve supported educators across Canada through workshops, coaching, and my book Teachers First.

 

My work blends classroom experience with behavioural science, habit evolution, nervous system support, and the wisdom of Ayurveda. Because your well-being shouldn’t feel like one more thing to manage.
